atol - 문자열을 long로 변환
사용법
#include <stdlib.h>
long atol(const char *nptr);
설명
atol() 함수는 nptr로 지정된 스티링의 최초 분할 값을 long으로 변환한다.

strtol(nptr, (char **)NULL, 10);
와 같은 효과를 발휘한다. 단, atol()가 에러를 발견했을 경우만.
반환값
변환된 값.

SVID 3, POSIX, BSD 4.3, ISO 9899
